Theory course/Sport info

The theory course is included in the winter and summer courses, and their prices. If you are not sure about starting the sport or want more information, it is easy to get started with the theory course at no cost. All you need is a working internet connection and, for example, a laptop.

The purpose of the theory course is to tell about the sport, equipment, safety issues, weather and how to read it. The course allows you to ask questions about the sport and, above all, the purpose of the course is to prepare you for practical teaching.

After taking the theory course, you will get a better understanding of the sport and be able to decide whether you want to participate in the course after this.

You should reserve 2 hours to participate.
